Before you start
Questions worth asking first
If yours is not here, ask it on WhatsApp. A short answer usually saves a long meeting.
We write down the task, who does it today, and what a good outcome looks like. If a rule, a query, or a better form solves it, we say so. AI enters only when the input is messy, the volume is high, or the judgment cannot be written as a rule.
A short discovery to agree on the problem and the measure of success, then working releases every few weeks rather than one long build. You see the system early, on your own data, and decide what continues.
You receive documented, tested code and the runbooks needed to operate it. We can stay on for monitoring and improvements, but the system does not depend on us being in the room.
We connect to what you already run, whether that is an ERP, a CRM, or a spreadsheet, and replace a system only when it is the bottleneck. Most of our work sits between systems, not instead of them.
